    Jorge is a distinguished professional with over 30 years of experience in construction and real estate development in Florida. As the CEO of Saivay Construction, a prestigious firm with a strong presence throughout the state, he has a proven track record of successfully managing a diverse portfolio of residential, commercial, and public works projects. Holding more than seven accredited licenses in Florida, he is recognized for his exceptional expertise and significant contributions to the real estate industry, serving as the leader of all construction initiatives within Growin Group.

    Luis is an Industrial Engineer from Universidad de Lima, with an MBA from Centrum Business School (Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú) and a Master in Leadership from EADA Business School (Barcelona, Spain). Before joining Growin Group, he held various positions in construction projects across the Oil & Gas, Electro-Mechanical, Infrastructure, and Real Estate industries worldwide. He has extensive experience in financial project structuring, operations management, contract administration, and project controls for construction projects. With strong expertise in contract negotiations and team management, his background in real estate investment and project management significantly enhances Growin Group's ability to identify and develop projects with a high financial impact.

    Rodrigo holds a degree in Administration and Marketing from Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas and has a robust background in the banking and insurance sectors, notably with Marsh and McLennan Companies. With over years of experience in construction and real estate projects in Florida, he currently leads sales and marketing initiatives at Growin Group. Rodrigo is dedicated to driving growth and enhancing the company’s market presence through strategic and innovative project development and execution.

    Alejandro Saivay is a dedicated construction analyst at Growin Group, equipped with extensive experience in project management and construction analysis. With a solid background in civil, he specializes in evaluating project feasibility, overseeing construction processes, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Alejandro’s strong analytical skills and attention to detail allow him to optimize resources and streamline operations, playing a vital role in the successful delivery of various real estate projects. His collaborative approach and effective communication skills help foster strong relationships with stakeholders, enhancing project outcomes and driving organizational growth.

  • Procurement Analyst

    Gabriela is a Finance graduate, with over 5 years of experience in Real Estate Investment. At Growin Group, she interned in both the Corporate Finance and project office units, gaining valuable hands-on experience. In addition, she actively participated in finance teams of student organizations, demonstrating her leadership and teamwork skills. Notably, Gabriela was recognized for her academic excellence by securing second place among Finance students in 2021, earning several awards for her achievements.

  • Financial Analyst

    Luisa has over 8 years of experience in financial services and administration. Prior to joining Growin Group, she worked in real estate projects as an Investment Analyst, where she performed analyses, valuations, and investment recommendations for companies across the US, European, Latin America and Chinese markets. Her expertise in diverse markets equips her to identify valuable investment opportunities and contribute significantly to strategic decision-making.

  • Engineering Analyst

    Maricielo is an Interdisciplinary Engineer from Florida International University (FIU), having completed three years at the Industrial Engineering School at Universidad de Lima in Peru. She has experience in the construction industry in both Peru and the USA, providing her with a diverse background in engineering processes, project optimization, and data-driven insights to support decision-making. With strong proficiency in project management, construction regulations, and engineering software, she conducts and analyzes processes at Growin Group, identifying improvements to enhance project execution.

  • Director

    Marcos has a strong background in foreign trade, having studied at the Institute of International Business of Peru (ADEX) and specializing in insurance at the Peruvian Institute of Insurance (IPS). He brings extensive experience in state logistics, having served as president of the Peruvian Postal Service (Serpost) for five years. Additionally, Marcos has participated in ministerial boards in Peru and served as a director at Viceversa Consulting, where he led the commercial and political aspects of mining-related matters. He is also a shareholder in various entities within the logistics sector, including CSI Peru. Currently, Marcos works as an insurance advisor on both national and international levels, leveraging over 30 years of experience. His extensive background and expertise are significant assets to the Growin Group team.

  • Director

    A civil engineer specializing in construction management, estimating, and scheduling, he holds a Bachelor’s degree from Universidad Particular Ricardo Palma and Master’s degrees from the Polytechnic University of Madrid and CENTRUM (PUCP). Previously, he worked at Graña y Montero S.A. as an Estimating Engineer and Project Manager for high-rise buildings and malls, where he focused on cost analysis. He also provided project analysis at Banco de Crédito del Perú. Currently, he is the owner and Project Manager at Present Investment Project SAC, overseeing residential and commercial projects. His expertise significantly contributes to Growin Group, enabling the delivery of effective projects and innovative solutions.
